I'm Tiffany Wheeldon, owner of Urbandale Massage Therapy. I offer support for the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I understand the daily hardships of struggling with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I know what its like to not want to get out of bed, do your laundry, take a shower, or even leave your house. If this describes you, please schedule an appointment so we can work together to start you on a journey of healing. I don't care if you come in your PJ's (as long as you have clothes on), or not showered, just show up for you. I will work with what you provide me.
